The City of Naples currently states that pets are not allowed on city beaches.
Pets are also prohibited on the Naples Pier.

Clam Pass is one of Naples’ best-known county beach parks.

Naples Dog Park
Naples Dog Park is the city’s main off-leash dog facility.
It currently includes approximately:

Naples Dog Park Pass Requirement
The city currently requires an annual dog-specific pass/tag for entry.

- Current immunization records
- Pass tag displayed on collar
The current city rules also limit users to two dogs per person.
Puppies under 6 months are prohibited from the dog park.
Gordon River Greenway
Gordon River Greenway is one of Naples’ strongest leashed dog walks.
Collier County describes:

- About 2.5 miles of trail

- Mulch
- Boardwalks
The county identifies the greenway as leashed-dog friendly.
Veterans Community Park
Veterans Community Park includes Rover Run Dog Park.
The larger park also welcomes pets on leash in appropriate areas.
Current park hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Golden Gate Community Park
Golden Gate Community Park includes a dog park plus paved pathways and picnic areas.
This is another useful inland option.
North Collier Regional Park
North Collier Regional Park provides large grounds and walking opportunities.
Leashed pets are allowed in appropriate areas.
Naples Preserve
The City of Naples specifically prohibits pets at Naples Preserve.
Do not treat it as a dog-friendly nature trail.
City Playgrounds and Athletic Areas

Use designated walking areas instead.
Where to Go for a Dog Beach
Naples itself does not have a city dog beach.
