Visit Orlando’s current 2026 lodging guide says the destination has hundreds of pet-friendly hotels, with options throughout:

  • Lake Buena Vista
  • International Drive
  • Downtown Orlando
  • Lake Nona
  • Winter Park
  • Airport area
  • Kissimmee

That is good news.

It also means you should choose the neighborhood first and the hotel second.

Disney’s Four Dog-Friendly Resort Hotels

Walt Disney World currently offers designated dog-friendly accommodations at four Resort hotels:

  • Disney’s Art of Animation Resort
  • Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside
  • Disney’s Yacht Club Resort
  • The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort

The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort also accommodate dogs.

Disney currently allows a maximum of two dogs per guest room in designated dog-friendly rooms.

The location near EPCOT and the BoardWalk area may make that worthwhile for some families, but remember that ordinary pets still do not gain access to Disney common areas simply because they are staying there.
